We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase on all hair extension sets that are unused and have the void sticker seal in place. When you receive your set, if it is not 100% satisfactory, please e-mail us at info@maxyextensions.com to initiate your return.

  1. WHAT IS THE RETURN PERIOD?

You may initiate your exchange or return within 30 days after receiving the set, as long as the product remains in brand new condition with the original security seal on the package.

  1. WHY ARE MAXY EXTENSIONS NON-RETURNABLE IF THE VOID STICKER HAS BEEN TORN?

When you receive your Maxy Extensions, please try the tester strand to see how it feels and matches your hair colour. We specifically provide you with the tester strand so you do not have to open the full set to decide if the hair extensions suit your hair. Only open the full set when you are positive you will keep it. We do not accept returns of sets with a torn void sticker for hygienic reasons.

  1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

If you wish to exchange or return your hair extension set please e-mail us at info@maxyextensions.com and let us know your order number. We will provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back, as it may be different than the address from where your set was originally shipped from. All returned sets will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund – worn, damaged, or sets with a torn security sticker will not be refunded.

  1. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?

Yes, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking option, because MAXY will not be responsible for lost returns. Note: please indicate “RETURN, NO DUTIES” on the package, otherwise the package may be returned to you.

  1. MAY I RETURN MY MAXY PRODUCT WITHOUT CONTACTING YOU OR GETTING AN RMA?

No. You must contact us prior to sending your return, as the return address may be different from the address your order was originally shipped from. Also, the RMA facilitates tracking of your returned set and expedites your refund. Please note that refunds for sets returned without contacting us cannot be guaranteed.

  1. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned set is in original new condition. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund.

Some financial institutions can take up to 3 business days to process the refund. Please allow a few business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us.
